At RGK United LLC, accessibility isn't an afterthought — it's the reason we exist. We are committed to making both our services and our website usable and welcoming for everyone, including people with disabilities.
Our services.
We provide non-emergency medical transportation designed around our passengers' needs. This includes accessible vehicles, drivers trained to assist passengers safely and respectfully, and door-to-door support. If you have a specific mobility or accessibility need, let us know when you book and we'll do our best to accommodate it.
Our website.
We aim to meet recognized accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1, Level AA) so that our site is easy to read and navigate. This includes clear text, good color contrast, descriptive links, and support for screen readers and keyboard navigation. We continue to review and improve the site over time.
